4. Harbour Captain Granville. First Lieutenant at Sea (Specialist) Nowak is appointed Harbour Captain Granville without prejudice to his position as head of the Port Surveillance Station. In this capacity he is directly subordinate to the port commandant and directs supply traffic between the mainland and the Channel Islands.
