The collection was compiled by reviewing translated German archival documents, selecting entries relating to Jersey and the Channel Islands, and arranging them chronologically. Original source references, maps and images have been retained where available, with notes explaining uncertain dates and differing accounts. The searchable register currently contains 4,659 records, including individual diary entries, reports and supporting material.
