We recommend you take out your own insurance against personal loss, injury, death or the risk of you having to cancel the workshop or tour due to airline failure, tour company failure or sea travel failure. We will not be liable for any refunds due to any cancellations made due to the failure of a third party failing to deliver you to the island. Please also see below for Cancellations.
Complimentary Transportation, Jersey War Tours wants to ensure its carbon footprint is low, for large groups we will hire an appropriate minibus or coach via the company Signature coaches, to make sure car use is at a minimum. We will always car share and ask the guests to do the same to get to and between sites. If you join us in our vehicle (7 seater van) this is at your own risk and Jersey War Tours will not be liable for any death, injury, ailment. This is also done with the understanding that there is no reward to us or hire charge included in your ticket prices, we make zero profit from the driving. Our tours are of the military sites in Jersey on our feet. If you are visiting Jersey we prefer you to join us between sites to save anyone getting lost. We have confirmed this is within Jerseys laws with our insurance company and Chris Le Maistre Senior Traffic Officer, Deputy Inspector of Motor Traffic Office Jersey.
