St Helier: Wind east-north-east, force 3; sea state 2; visibility 17 nautical miles. Steamer H 23, escorted by patrol boats V.P. 4000 and V.P. 4009, entered from Granville. Cargo: Anti-Aircraft Battalion 911 with vehicles and equipment. St Peter Port: no incidents.
