Partly overcast, NW 4–5, visibility 10 nautical miles, fairly rough sea. 0900: FK 22 returned. 0930: FK 08 returned. 1840: FK 08/21 went to patrol position. 2110: Xaver Dorsch, Schwalbe, Tinda and Hydra arrived from Cherbourg; the escort continued to St Malo.
