30 September 1944 Retrospective report on island entertainment group and leadership training

Editorial note: Filed on the report’s explicit date of 30 September. The currency offence is undated within the April–June reporting period; the May course is also documented in the 19 April assignment order.

In one case a complaint for a currency offence was made against a group employed on the Channel Islands. I settled the matter disciplinarily and duly reported it to the army court, which raised no objection to my judgment, enclosure 5.

c. Captain Bessenrodt, 319th Infantry Division, attended the third National Socialist leadership officer course at Crössinsee, 3–14 May 1944, enclosure 7.
