3 August, 01:30: released Jersey convoy in Saint Aubin's roads; continued with M 4618 and remainder to Guernsey. 02:20: passed Ida 5. Wind NNE 2, sea 1–2, cloudy, visibility 12 nautical miles. 05:20: boats and convoy entered Saint Peter Port. Escort task G 5: on 3 August M 4613 and M 4618 to Jersey with RO 8; arrange measures independently or submit them to harbour commandant by 15:00. 22:20: M 4613, M 4618, RO 8 and Rheinland sailed from Guernsey under M 4618's commander. 22:30: took over convoy for Jersey. Wind SSW 1–2, sea 1, cloudy, visibility 10 nautical miles. Formation in original. Signed Fieguth.
