Night 29/30 March. Wind ENE–NE3–5, visibility 8–12 nautical miles, sea 3–4. Jersey radar failed to detect own torpedo boats despite repeated direction onto them. Cap Fréhel tracked own torpedo boats only poorly despite repeated direction. Fourteen locating signals for navigational assistance.
