27 November 1943 Batterie Annes construction report
Batterie Annes, report dated 27 November 1943: Organisation Todt continued reinforcing and shuttering the return-cooling plant, excavating for and partly laying the electrical cables, and removing the surface layer at the machinery bunker so that a fine concrete layer could be applied. Battery personnel continued clearance and camouflage work. An old naval radar bunker was blown up by an engineer detachment. This explicitly dated retrospective report appears within the December construction entry.
