3. Reorganisation of the reinforced border surveillance service, coastal protection. Expansion of Naval Commander Northern France's command area has necessitated two command posts for the Customs Frontier Guard. Senior Customs Councillor Deinert heads the Trouville post, whose area now extends from the Somme to Cap de la Hague; he also remains liaison official to the Naval Commander.
The head of the second command post at St Malo has not yet been appointed. Its jurisdiction extends from Cap de la Hague to the River Douron and also includes the English Channel Islands. Küst.
