27 July, 01:30: sailed with M 4627, M 4613, M 4615, M 4616 and M 4618. 01:50, Guernsey roads: met Vp 708/724 with convoy. 02:00, south of Ida 6 [distance obscured]: Group B boats streamed SDG(F), 30 m float pendants, double line abreast to port, 200 m spacing. 03:45: [waypoint obscured]. 04:50, Ida 5: recovered gear, no mines or grapnel detonations. 05:05: met Vp 213 with convoy; ES unanswered. 05:10: exchanged ES with harbour-protection boats on station. 06:20: entered Jersey, secured at Victoria Pier. 13:30, message 1310/10: proceed next night to Saint-Malo with SDG(F). Intention: leave Jersey midnight via Ida 5–3–2–1.
