25 October, 00:35: took over three vessels, M 4600 leading. SE 1–2, sea 1, good visibility. 01:05: Ida 4. 01:25: Ida 11. 02:52: Le Pignon abeam. 03:24: Ida 9. 03:30: released convoy off Granville. 04:16: boats secured, normal readiness. Sailing order for 17:00 with Gabès, Chiemsee, tug Georges, Guynemer, Vouloir, Presto and Normand to Jersey, Roslea to Guernsey. 16:45: cast off. 18:00: Ida 9, NNE 4–5, sea 3, good visibility. 18:15: Vouloir, tug Georges, Guynemer with Presto and Normand returned to Granville owing to weather. 18:20: assembled remaining convoy under M 4600. 20:54: Ida 11. 22:21: Demie de Pas. 22:30: released Gabès/Chiemsee off Jersey; N 3–4, sea 2–3, moderate visibility. 22:57: Ida 5. 23:58: Point 332.
