Korvettenkapitän Rall took charge of St Malo’s convoy office for Dr Diederichs during his leave. [The previous entry had announced the absence from 24 February.]

Situation: V 208/V 213 ready Cherbourg; departure delayed by weather. V 205/V 206 left Guernsey at 08:30 without convoy for St Malo because of sea conditions. V 210/V 207/V 212 live firing off St Malo and readiness there. V 211 boiler cleaning and condenser/turbine repairs at St Malo. V 204 magnetic-protection installation repairs at Cherbourg; V 209 ready there. Escorted tonnage: dash.

Weather-dependent intention for 24 February: V 208/V 213 to carry out the 23 February plan if possible. V 205/V 206 from St Malo with H 2 and Robert Müller 8 for Jersey, returning with Holstein, B 113 S and two barges. V 210/V 207 from St Malo without convoy to Granville, departing 13:30 with troop transport Favorit for Jakob, Claus Wilhelm for Guernsey and RO 8 for Alderney. V 211 boiler cleaning. V 204/V 209 to St Malo after completion of magnetic-protection repairs. V 212 ready St Malo.
