Weather: wind from 68°, 5 metres per second. From 23:00 until 02:00 on 20 May, full-calibre night firing by Batterie Strassburg and Guernsey harbour barrier battery, without special occurrences. Strassburg expended thirty-two 22-cm Gr. 534 (f) practice shells and thirty-two practice bag charges.
