Regimental headquarters established: Regiment 914 at Remilly, fourteen kilometres northwest of Saint-Lô; Regiment 916 at Le Désert, ten kilometres northwest of Saint-Lô. Artillery Regiment 352 movements: II Battalion to Cerisy-la-Forêt, fifteen kilometres northeast of Saint-Lô; 2nd Battery to Vierville near La Bédelière, 4.5 kilometres northeast of Saint-Lô; 3rd to Saint-Aubin-du-Perron; 4th to Cormolain; 5th to Château Haute Litte [name faint], four kilometres south of Cerisy; 6th to Cerisy-la-Forêt; 8th to Saint-Jean-des-Baisants, seven kilometres north of Torigni. Storms have interrupted shipping to the Channel Islands. No other special events.
