18 November 1943 Instructors for 352nd Division

By 20 December, 352nd Division reports whether the instructors detached by 716th, 709th and 319th Divisions meet requirements. Suitable instructors will transfer permanently to 352nd Division. Return unsuitable men and replace them with capable personnel. 352nd Division sends an equal number of trained men to the contributing divisions; these men must meet the mental and physical requirements of an average soldier and be fit for tropical service. Further personnel and equipment directions will follow.
