Heavy Motorized Artillery Battalion 456 has moved: headquarters to Amfreville [name faint], four kilometres southeast of Montebourg; 1st Battery to Hémevez [reading uncertain], 5.5 kilometres south-southeast of Montebourg; 2nd to Hébertot [uncertain], seven kilometres south-southeast of Montebourg; 3rd to one kilometre north of Le Vigier, 1.5 kilometres south of Ravenoville. The 1st SS Construction Brigade, with 750 concentration camp prisoners, has moved from Alderney to the mainland. Major General von Schlieben has assumed command of 709th Division. Shipping to the Channel Islands has resumed. No other special events.
