Weather: wind from 315°, 2 metres per second.
10:10–11:03: Batterie Strassburg fired to establish dispersion at ranges of 120 and 180 hectometres, bearing 160°. Expenditure: twelve short shells with large charges. One failure resulted from a weak strike on the ignition cartridge.
