Weather: wind south, force 4–5; sea state 2–3; visibility 4–6 nautical miles; cloud 7/10; cloud base 1,500 metres.
The return transfer of M 4613, F.K. 01/21 and Claus Wilhelm from Alderney to Guernsey was planned for 12:00 on 17 November.
As neither torpedoes nor mines were then available for S 112, and only unfavourable operational possibilities were foreseen during the coming lunar period, the necessary engine overhaul was ordered.
