Night 15/16 May. Top secret 113 of 31 May 1944, Normandy Radar Reporting Station [handwritten heading]. Wind NE–ENE2–3, visibility 12 nautical miles, sea [blank]. 1300–1530 wire-line command exercises with Sea Commandant Normandy. 2200–0700 increased defensive readiness. Air Force Mammut Jobourg tracked enemy convoy 0200–0400 from right-edge centre BF3147 via 3148, 3146 to lower-left corner 3154. Single target detected by FuMO2 Guernsey II in BF3548 identified as air target after FuMO214 Jobourg and Air Force sets directed onto it. Radioed enemy locating signals 0050 and 0057 cancelled. Normandy interception network took bearing on enemy air target north of Cherbourg; enemy locating signal 0326 to warn own convoys. Eleven locating signals for navigational assistance.
