13 March 1943 Daily operations report

Corps Operations Branch. Security Regiment 5 has arrived with headquarters and two battalions. Headquarters at Airel, eighteen kilometres north of Saint-Lô; I Battalion in the Lison–Les Oubeaux area, headquarters at Lison; II Battalion in the Saint-Jean-de-Daye–Saint-Fromond area, headquarters at Saint-Jean-de-Daye. Jersey’s island reserve, an infantry battalion, has moved out of Saint Helier to the Beaumont area. Battle Group 389th Division’s strength is unchanged. Divisions report no special events.
