Wednesday 13 October: 15:00 depart Le Mans; 17:45 guide at southern Saint-Malo entrance on Châteauneuf road, also guiding to patrol vessel; 18:00 arrival, dinner arranged by 346th Division; 18:45 to berth; 19:00 embark; 19:30 sail for St Peter Port, Guernsey.
Thursday 14 October: approximately 01:15 arrive St Peter Port, overnight Hotel Royal arranged by 319th Division. 09:00 commander 319th Division reports and briefs at army commander’s quarters; island inspection according to divisional proposals. 13:00 luncheon at divisional headquarters, then further inspection; dinner Hotel Royal. 21:15 embark patrol vessel; 21:30 sail for St Helier, Jersey.
Friday 15 October: about 00:00 arrive St Helier; overnight Lady-Trent-Haus arranged by 319th Division. 09:30 Jersey commander Colonel Heine reports at army commander’s quarters and briefs on island defence. Inspection follows according to division’s proposals. 13:30 luncheon with Jersey commander; 15:00 further inspection; dinner with Jersey commander; embark patrol vessel. Saturday 16 October: 02:00 depart for Saint-Malo; about 06:00 arrive and continue by road; about 09:00 arrive Le Mans.
