Regarding 21 June, 14:00, remark on page 8, and 26 June, 06:15, page 14: two boats of A Group, 46th Minesweeping Flotilla, have radio equipment; fitting two further boats has begun. Equipment shortages have so far prevented fitting the entire group. Regarding 21 June, lessons item 6, page 9: refers to Security West’s War Lessons No. 35, paragraph II. Regarding 27 June, 07:25, page 16, and 30 June, 23:30, page 22: the heavy demands on security boats and inability to provide the convoy office with more vessels resulted from the necessary stronger occupation of patrol positions off the north Brittany coast. Signed on behalf of the commander by the acting chief of staff; signature not securely identified.
