Major-General Graf Schmettow assumed command of 319th Division today. 1/739 moved to Le Bacchus, 500 metres north-northeast of Sainte-Croix-Hague; 2nd and 3rd Companies/739 to Luce, 500 metres north; 4/739 to Rue d’Ozouville, 1 km northeast. Further divisional reports: no special events. Distribution: commanding general, chief of staff, quartermaster, intelligence, Artillery Commander 118 and operations.
